KYMEA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities, request clarifications or additional information, conduct discussions and negotiations with responsible Proposers as permitted by KRS 45A.370, and cancel or amend a solicitation when determined to be in the best interests of KYMEA. KYMEA further reserves the right to make an award on the basis of initial proposals without discussions when permitted by KRS 45A.370.
